Ep #15 – A guided meditation

So I had a completely different topic lined up for this week but I was feeling called upon to run a guided meditation instead. So that’s what I’ve done – here is a VERY simple meditation for you to use to dip your feet in to the meditation world.

I used this at drama school as a warm up before diving into a new role (but with a few tweaks that I didn’t bother mentioning in this week’s episode) and have found it SUPER helpful when I need to take a moment to relax.
